This page explains, in plain language, how Dataverix handles information. Dataverix is operated by its founder, Farrukh R., and serves businesses in the United States.
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, business email, company name, website, the service you need, target criteria and project details. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
We use your details only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a sample or quote, deliver the services you request and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell the information you submit to us.
For client projects we research publicly available or properly sourced business information, such as company details, professional roles and business contact information. We respect website terms and access restrictions, and we do not collect sensitive personal information for prospect lists.
Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage our working relationship, and then deleted or anonymized. Project data is handled according to what is agreed with each client.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or to stop contacting you. If you believe your business contact details appear in data we have researched, you can ask us to review or remove them.
